Arroz con bogavante al
aroma de martini blanco




Ingredientes:

2 bogavantes, 1 cebolleta, pimiento rojo o verde, arroz, 1 lt de caldo de pescado, hebras de azafran, martini blanco.

Preparación:

Pcohamos las verduras en acetie de oliva. Incorporamos el arroz y el azafran, reogamos e incorporamos un buen chorreon del martini blanco.

Cormaos los bogavantes por la mitad (a lo largo) incorporamos al arroz y el caldo que ha soltado los bogabantes. Reogamos un poco, incorparomos el caldo, dejamos que emopieze a hervir e introducimos 20 miutos en el horno previamente calentado a tope.

Sacamos asado el tiempo dejamos 5 minutos a reposar y listo para comer.

Hola, me ha parecido muy original la receta, los felicito. Creo que el plato qedaría igualmente exquisito poniendo vino blanco en lugar de martini, no creen?
